Medicon A/S opens its second office in Sweden
Medicon A/S opened its second office in Sweden. In addition to its Malmö office, from June 2006 Medicon will also run an office in Kista, ideally located between Stockholm City and Arlanda Airport with easy access to important universities, hospitals and the more than 100 pharmaceutical and biotech companies in this region.
"This important step will strengthen our cooperation with our Swedish investigators and clients. We will get in closer contact with the people we work with. It is a positive consequence of the increasing demand from our clients, and will also support our strategy for expansion in early phase trials. We will be in a better position to guarantee our clients optimal and prompt services and better patient access," says Dr. Haahr, CEO of Medicon A/S.
Helena Lüning has been appointed Country Manager for Sweden. She brings more than 15 years of experience from clinical research and marketing. With her insight and commitment to clinical studies, Helena Lüning will be working out of the new Stockholm office.
