Quiet recirculating chillers
FRYKA-Kältetechnik has placed particular emphasis on energy efficiency and user-friendliness in the development of the ULK recirculation chillers. The particularly quiet fan with EC technology adjusts the speed to the required value, so you benefit from lower energy consumption and low operating noise. FRYKA has also paid particular attention to low-noise operation in other components of the recirculating chillers, such as the pump.

User-friendly handling
The integrated funnel on the upper side of the device, the self-sealing hose connector with quick coupling and the drain cock make the tasks of filling, emptying and hose changeover straightforward, clean and convenient. In terms of user friendliness, the recirculating chiller also distinguishes itself by its good accessibility and intuitively operated touchscreen controller. The controller's high-grade glass screen is easy to clean with good readability. The flow and digital fill level indicators are integrated into the controller. Error messages are displayed in plain text.

Sustainability and efficiency
By using natural refrigerants, it has been possible to reduce the amount of refrigerant in the devices. In addition, the natural refrigerants have a significantly lower GWP value (global warming potential) than the refrigerants currently available on the market. Another advantage of natural refrigerants is their significantly lower power consumption. This is good for the environment and your budget.

Operational reliability
Thanks to freeze-up and thermal overload protection as well as flow control with dry running protection, the device enjoys high operational reliability thereby protecting your applications and chiller. An optical and acoustical alarm warns you if the minimum or maximum permitted temperature is exceeded.

Variable use
Another highlight of the device is its flexible use in various applications. On the one hand the ten litre coolant tank can provide high temperature stability or operate as a cold reservoir to help cushion cooling demand peaks. On the other hand, by minimally filling the device you have a very dynamic system with short cooling times which can quickly react to your cooling demands. 

The recirculating chillers with a cooling capacity of 600 to 2000 Watt and a temperature range of -10°C to +40°C are suitable for the widest range of cooling applications in laboratories, processes and production e.g. for cooling rotary evaporators, fermenters, electron microscopes, lasers or industrial and manufacturing plants. Thanks to the high quality workmanship and designed-in longevity, the ULKs are an interesting and economical alternative to tap water cooling.
