Protein characterization including AAV analysis in high throughput
Rapid protein characterization with minimal sample preparation
Fast Empty/Full AAV analysis with high throughput
Small sample input required
LabChip GXII Touch from Revvity: The complete solution based on gel electrophoresis
The LabChip GXII Touch offers a complete solution for the reproducible quantification, molecular weight determination and purity analysis of protein samples. Using microfluidic technology, the LabChip GXII Touch system enables rapid characterization with minimal sample preparation and low sample input.
The system is ideal for all throughput requirements with the ability to analyze samples in 96-well and 384-well high-throughput plates. The flexible platform includes a wide range of assays for the characterization of proteins in reduced and non-reduced samples, including the titration analysis of adeno-associated viruses (AAV): Revvity's total solution enables fast, high-throughput empty/full analysis with low AAV input. The gel electrophoresis-based solution offers many advantages over slower and more expensive AAV analysis methods. Up to 96 samples can be analyzed at a time with an analysis time of only 1 minute per sample.
