Celsius® FS16
Efficient filling and gas overlaying of Celsius Paks with the FS16 filling station
The Celsius® FS16 Filling Station is designed for filling and gas overlaying 1L, 2L, 8.3L, and 16.6 L Celsius® Paks.
The Celsius® FS16 Filling Station is equipped with a Sartorius platform balance and a peristaltic pump managed by a controller which enables semi-automated filling and gas overlaying. The gas overlaying function fills the Celsius® Pak with air, simulating the container compression done by the Celsius® FT100 controlled-rate freeze & thaw systems.
Designed to minimize operator efforts, the Celsius® FS16 Filling Station is equipped with a docking point at the frame that allows Freeze and Thaw Transfer Carts to be easily connected to the station.
The Celsius® FS16 Filling Station is automated by a Siemens Controller. It consists of a Human Machine Interface (for operating the programmable controller), the analog, and digital signal interfaces.
The Celsius® FS16 Filling Station is equipped with a Sartorius printer for printing bag labels. The printout design and data of the connected printer are customizable.
