Size exclusion chromatography (SEC/GPC) is an established method for the characterization of proteins, polymers, and biopolymers in solution.
Wyatt Technology offers complete systems that are precisely tailored to the respective application. The most suitable configuration is discussed with an application specialist and jointly determined.
The system is equipped with an HPLC, SEC column and detectors. It also includes a computer with ASTRA® 8 software. The control of the chromatographic components is simple and all settings required for SEC are implemented in the software. Besides the determination of weight-average molar mass and RMS radius, ASTRA® 8 has many special methods for data evaluation. This includes analysis of protein conjugates or co-polymers, special evaluation methods for the payload content of viruses and concentration determination of viruses or other particles via light scattering. The system can be qualified on-site and the software is 21 CFR, Part 11 compliant.
Wyatt Technology is specialized in SEC-MALS and FFF-MALS systems as well as DLS and has established excellent support and training for their customers. Consulting, service and support from the first contact to long-term use of all components is provided by trained and experienced personnel.
