Scienion receives ISO 9001:2008 certification
Scienion AG announced the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certification for the development, manufacture and sales of dispensing systems and microarrays. According to the company, Scienion is one of the first biotech companies that have been certified according to the latest revision of the world’s most widely used standard for quality management systems.
“The ISO certification is an important milestone for Scienion”, says Dr. Holger Eickhoff, CEO of Scienion AG. “I am sure it will further increase the confidence in our high quality technology products for ultra-low volume liquid handling such as our sciFLEXARRAYER product line and our microarray services. And, we are committed to constantly improve our quality management system.”
Certification of conformity to ISO 9001:2008 for the development, manufacture and sales of dispensing systems and microarrays was granted to Dortmund based Scienion by the national certification body TÜV Rheinland.
