METabolic EXplorer Strengthens its Management Team
METabolic EXplorer, an industrial biotechnology company focused on the production of bulk chemicals, announced the appointments of Olivier Nore as VP Industrialisation and Philippe Guinot as VP business development. According to the company, the recruitment of these highly experienced professionals is a key step as METabolic EXplorer rapidly moves to the industrialisation and commercialisation of its own bulk chemical product portfolio.
Olivier Nore has more than 13 years experience of the chemical industry and has extensive expertise in the industrialisation of production processes. Prior to joining the company, he was at Adisseo where he was successively in charge of the fermentation processes, head of industrial bio-processes and director of R&D. Before this, he worked at Rhodia where he was among others responsible for fermentation production. He has a PhD in Chemical Engineering.
Philippe Guinot brings more than 10 years international experience to METabolic EXplorer. He was previously at Rhodia where he held several senior positions in business development and marketing for the plastic divisions in Europe and North America. His latest position at Rhodia was Vice President, Global Marketing Strategy for Rhodia Polyamide. He has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD, Paris.
