eGene Announces Financial Advisory Agreement with MBC Global

eGene Inc. has signed a one-year financial advisory agreement with MBC Global, LLC, an international merchant banking company located in Lake Forest, Ill. MBC Global facilitated the merger between Centroid Consolidated Mines Co. , which was a public company, and BioCal Technology Inc. (www.biocal.com), which was a privately held entity, and will assist the company in identifying, evaluating and developing potential mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships or other similar transactions. eGene raised $1.6 million in private funding prior to the close of the merger.
