Change in Management Board of curasan AG
Kleinostheim. At the personal request of Mr. Helmut Trahmer and with the consent of the Supervisory Board his contract as Chief Financial Officer due to end on 31 December 2004 was terminated by mutual agreement and on friendly terms effective 31 March 2004.
As of 1 April 2004, the responsibilities within this area will be transferred to Dr. Erwin Amashaufer, 52, as Senior Commercial Manager.
Dr. Amashaufer draws on 18 years national and international experience with Hoechst AG (now Aventis) and its subsidiaries, having held senior positions within the areas of accounting, controlling, productivity management, market research and business development.
In 1999, he was appointed Divisional Manager of Controlling & Development at Messe Frankfurt GmbH.
Hans Dieter Rössler, Chairman of the Management Board, will remain the sole member of the Management Board in the immediate future.
