c-LEcta expands management
Harry Böhme joins c-LEcta’s management team as CFO and managing director. In his previous position, Harry was CFO at Novaled AG in Dresden and as such responsible for all legal and financial aspects of the preparation for an intended IPO at the Nasdaq, and finally for the sale of the company to the Samsung Group. At c-LEcta he takes over the responsibility for corporate finance and legal affairs, with a focus on securing the financial basis for the expansion of the company`s product development and commercialization activities.
Carsten Fietz, who held the CFO position of c-LEcta in the last years, will remain member of the c-LEcta’s Management Board as Head of Finance and Administration and as such continue to contribute to c-LEcta’s success story.
