Anton Paar starts 2013 with 3 new subsidiaries
Anton Paar is proud to announce the opening of three new subsidiaries on January 1, 2013. New offices will begin work in Poland, South Africa and Brazil.
Brazil: The headquarters ofAnton Paar Brasil Ltda. will be located in Sao Paulo. Sales and service will be coordinated here for all product lines.
Poland: Anton Paar Poland sp. z.o.o.will have its main office in Warsaw. It will take over operations from the former distribution partner EKMA and will be responsible for the majority of products. Microwave synthesis products will continue to be distributed in Poland by Comef. Petrotest products will continue to be distributed by Tusnovics.
South Africa: This new subsidiaryAnton Paar Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd is a joint venture with Anton Paar’s longstanding sales partner Swiss Lab. The headquarters will be in Midrand, Johannesburg. Anton Paar Southern Africa will be responsible for sales and service in many countries in the south of Africa.
