DKSH signed strategic agreement with Indena to distribute personal care portfolio in China
Indena and DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials announced that Indena’s personal care ingredients will be distributed in China.
The agreement between DKSH and Indena is part of Indena’s strategy to expand its global presence in the cosmetic market through the cooperation with high-value partners. Under this agreement, Indena and DKSH will jointly work to provide the Chinese market with excellent products and services for which both companies are known for.
Stefano Togni, Business Development – Head of Personal Care at Indena, said: “We are glad to work together with DKSH, a company with a well-established infrastructure and capillary distribution network throughout Asia, and an in-depth personal care market expertise. This partnership is a further expansion of our existing collaboration with DKSH. Together with DKSH, we expect to consolidate and broaden our customer’s portfolio in China.”
