BioStorage Technologies Hires New Director of Global Human Resources
BioStorage Technologies has announced the appointment of Lance Clark as Director of Global Human Resources.
In his new role, Clark will direct all human resources activities for BioStorage Technologies, including the planning, development and implementation of strategic HR goals and objectives, recruitment and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and the training, development and performance management of staff worldwide.
Over the past five years, Clark has held senior human resources leadership roles for two large organizations. In his most recent role, he was responsible for 1500 employees at 32 offices around the world. His experience in providing support to employees at client locations will be a tremendous asset to the company’s expansion into on-site sample management services, which allow customers to keep samples at their location while utilizing BioStorage Technologies industry-leading technologies and expertise.
Clark graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Science and then completed his Law Degree at Indiana University School of Law. Admitted to both the Indiana and Pennsylvania Bar, he also holds his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
