Bioceros awarded Eurostars grant
Bioceros BV announced that it and its consortium partners have been awarded a grant within Eureka’s Eurostars™ program with a total budget of €1.7 million for the development of a monoclonal antibody using its proprietary CHOBC® production platform in a Quality by Design approach. One of the co-applicants is Research Institute for Chromatography (Kortrijk, Belgium) that will be responsible for the Glycosylation analysis.
Louis Boon, CSO of Bioceros, said: "We are pleased with the high international ranking that our project obtained. This was shared by SenterNovem that placed an interview with the Dutch applicants on their website. Eurostars has recognized the potential of our technology platform and our approach to generate future monoclonal antibodies. To achieve this, the grant further supports the pivotal collaboration with reputable partners."
