Deinove appoints Philippe Duval to its Board of Directors
Following its General Shareholders' Meeting, Deinove has announced the appointment of Philippe Duval (Chairman of the Executive Board at Tereos) to its Board of Directors.
Philippe Duval (aged 67) is an alumnus of HEC Paris Business School. He started his career at the Origny-Sainte-Benoite sugar refinery in 1968 and rose to become its Chief Executive Officer in 1984. He is currently Chairman of the Executive Board at the Tereos group. He is married and has four children, one of whom (Alexis Duval) is CFO of Tereos.
