KG is underlining its quality promise with an attractive warranty package: from now on, the company will grant a five-year warranty on registered constant temperature equipment. By doing so, LAUDA is emphasizing its high standards and its confidence in its own products.

Attractive quality promise for customers
“We are so confident in our quality that we are launching a five-year warranty for registered constant temperature equipment,” explains Dr. Gunther Wobser, President & CEO of LAUDA. “This warranty is an expression of our uncompromising quality strategy and our trust in the durability of our devices.” Subject to registration, the new warranty promise applies to numerous constant temperature devices from the latest equipment ranges in the serial product portfolio, including the new LAUDA Universa bath thermostats.
Simple registration, clear conditions
The five-year warranty applies from the date of delivery. Registration must take place within three months of delivery and can easily be done by the end customer on the LAUDA.LIVE Services platform. During the warranty period and when the warranty conditions are met, such as the purchase of the device from LAUDA or authorized partners, as well as the exclusive use of LAUDA heat transfer liquids, LAUDA bears the labor and material costs for all repairs.
International service guaranteed
The warranty is available in all participating countries. Repairs are carried out in Lauda-Königshofen or by authorized service partners. “With this warranty promise, we are not only underlining our product quality, but also our service-oriented mindset,” remarks Dr. Gunther Wobser. “Our customers can count on their LAUDA constant temperature equipment working reliably for many years to come.”
