Laboratory equipment manufacturer KNAUER honored as top employer
As the Berlin-based company KNAUER announced on October 12, it is one of the most attractive employers in Germany according to a recent meta-study (top 1% of more than 74,000 employers surveyed).
The study was compiled and published by SQC-QualityCert for Germany. For the extensive IT- and AI-supported determination of the results, 55 independent data sources were used, including, for example, rating portals and employer awards, but also press coverage and business figures. The survey, which is also carried out for other countries, is titled "World's Best Employers".
"We are very pleased that KNAUER has now been awarded the "World's Best Employer Germany 2023" seal. For me and my team, this is very positive feedback. It confirms that we are right to focus on a trusting working atmosphere and attractive working conditions," said Katharina Pohl, Head of Human Resources Management at KNAUER, expressing her satisfaction.
As Ms. Pohl further informs, the award came as a surprise, because the laboratory equipment manufacturer did not actively apply for an analysis. The seal and certificate were awarded free of charge. An employee survey conducted earlier this year confirmed that 93% of employees are very satisfied with KNAUER as an employer. The family-owned company KNAUER Wissenschaftliche Geräte GmbH develops and produces high-tech laboratory instruments, such as HPLC systems, which can be used to perform analyses or to purify pharmaceutical ingredients, for example. The medium-sized company also manufactures lipid nanoparticle encapsulation equipment, which is important for mRNA active ingredients. Its sales network extends across 70 countries.
