Malcolm Perkins announces his resignation from Siegfried’s Board of Directors
Siegfried Holding AG has received Malcolm Perkins’ resignation from its Board of Directors effective April 15, 2010, the day following the annual general meeting of shareholders. Malcolm Perkins has served on the Board of Siegfried Holding AG since 2008 and represents the Camellia Group, Siegfried’s largest shareholder with a 33.35 % ownership. As announced on March 8, 2010, Camellia sold its stake in Siegfried to several investors. The closing is scheduled on April 15, 2010.
