Thelion

In human anatomy and physical anthropology, the thelion (/ˈθiˌli.ən/) is the salient central tip of the nipple that extends beyond the surface of the areola when the nipple is erect, and through which the milk ducts of the mammary gland pass as they communicate with the outside world.

In physical anthropology, anthropometry, and the garment industry, the thelion is an important landmark for body measurement. Bustpoint is often used as a synonym for thelion in this context.
