Rogers, to honor his contributions to health care policy and advocacy. Rogers served as U.S. Congressman from Florida from 1955 to 1979 and as chair of the House Subcommittee on Health and the Environment from 1971 to 1979. Paul G. The Honorable John Edward Porter, Chair Research!AmericaResearch!America [1] received a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation [2] to establish the Society and provides advocacy leadership development to Society members.
