Hill-Sachs lesionIn orthopaedics, a Hill-Sachs lesion is damage to the posterosuperior (or posterior) humeral head due to repeated (anterior) shoulder dislocation.[1][2] It is often accompanied by a Bankart lesion, an injury of the anterior (or anteroinferior) glenoid labrum. See also
