HaploviewHaploview[1] is a commonly used bioinformatics software tool which is designed to analyze and visualize patterns of linkage disequilibrium in genetic data. Haploview also provides functionality for performing association studies, choosing tagSNPs[2] and estimating haplotype frequencies.
