Diazolidinyl urea (C8H14N4O7) is a preservative. It has a broad spectrum of application, and is effective against bacteria, fungi and yeasts. Diazolidinyl urea is found in the commercially available preservative Germaben. SafetySome people have a contact allergy to diazolidinyl urea causing dermatitis.
