Professor Edwin Carlyle (Carl) Wood (Born 28 May 1929) has been dubbed the father of IVF (in vitro fertilisation) having pioneered the use of frozen embryos.[1]
Carl Wood was a pioneer of the in vitro fertilization technique, who previously worked at Monash University in Victoria, Australia.
