PMT Partikel Messtechnik GmbH is a Total Solution Provider in the field of contamination control. The company was founded in 1989 by Uwe Jessen and focused in the first years on solutions for delicate particulate measuring problems in cleanrooms, production tools and ultrapure media.The state-of-the-art particle counters were sold to the semiconductor-, data storage-, chemical suplpy and other high technology driven markets. These instruments were and are used for detecting contaminants in aerosols, liquids, gases and vacuum processing environments.

Today, PMT Partikel-Messtechnik GmbH provides additional solutions and services.

Equipment for Electrostatic Management in production- facilities and tools is now in the product portfolio. Also TOC Standards, Disinfectants and Biological Indicators.

The headquarter of the company is located in Heimsheim near Stuttgart, Germany. There are additional PMT locations in Benelux, France and United Kingdom.
