Competence

In the early years, Bauermeister established itself in the cocoa and chocolate industry, however, the company also focused on developing particle size reduction equipment and processes needed throughout the food industry and its related markets.

Bauermeister machines are found throughout the food industry in great numbers for grinding sugar, as well as spices, lactose, and starch, to name just a few of the many applications. Another industry where Bauermeister machines are used in great number is the oil seed industry for precrushing and flaking. And, last but not least, Bauermeister machinery is used increasingly in the chemical and mineral industries.
