Founded in France (2002), RNTECH is an international biotech company dedicated to the early diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract's cancers.
With facilities in France, Romania (2003), the company discovers, validates and develops up to the market place products and services currently focusing on colorectal and pancreatic cancer for its internal project but covering the entire digestive tract for collaborative and contract research projects.
The 2 subsidiaries of the company pursue distinctive objectives.
* RNTECH SAS, France, is the mother company and specializes, on discovery, validation and development of:
o novel drugable targets and screening tools.
o new biomarkers for diagnostics and monitoring tools development up to the market place.
* RNTECH Romania Srl, Romania, designed to remain a wholly owned subsidiary, is operating, in collaboration with the Clinical Institute Fundeni (Bucharest) a specialised biobank collecting tissue and body fluids samples from patients treated for digestive tract cancers and attached clinical data representing at the end of 2006, 1500 patients.
