Biaffin is specialising in biomolecular interaction analysis and has acquired long experience and expert knowledge in the application of biosensors based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR). Well-equipped with a number of different Biacore SPR biosensors Biaffin is able to start new projects for customers from pharma, biotech and diagnostics on short notice and performs interaction studies rapidly and in time. The range of services offered comprises assay development and performance of enzymatic and functional binding assays based on microfluidic mobility shift technology, bioluminescence and FP. Our products are research reagents such as recombinant proteins (protein kinases, phosphatases and cytokines), substrates and inhibitors of kinases and phosphatases, phospho-specific antibodies and bioluminescent assays to determine ATP concentrations.
