It all started with a BRAVE idea – to achieve continuous (nano)particle sizing on a single-particle basis, for the lab and online during production. This idea became BRAVE Analytics’ patented OF2i® technology and is now in use measuring particles in a range from 50 nm to 5 µm (sample-dependent). Now the BRAVE team is putting the finishing touches to an additional Raman module to identify particles directly in liquids with no or minimal sample preparation. This device detects nanoparticles (<1 µm) and microplastics (1 µm to 50 µm) continuously and directly in-flow.
