Capricorn Scientific is an ISO-certified German manufacturer of cell culture products such as media, reagents & sera. Our focus is on the production of high-quality products for various applications in biotechnology, diagnostics & research.

Our headquarters and production facility are located in Dreihausen, close to Frankfurt am Main Airport (FRA), which enables us to deliver all over the world with short lead times! We are proud to now offer a product range of over 200 products, directly to our customers or through our global distribution network.

Our state-of-the-art 1,350 m² production facility, built in 2023, has a 350 m² cleanroom area and is characterized by a spatial separation of products with animal components and chemically defined media. While only chemically defined media are produced in the lower part of the building, the upper area is used for the production of products containing animal components, e.g. fetal bovine serum (FBS), which eliminates the risk of cross-contamination for our chemically defined products.

In addition, stringent testing procedures and comprehensive documentation & traceability guarantee the excellent and reproducible quality of our products. We are committed to providing high quality, reliability and the service you expect from a global cell culture company.
