HPS was founded in April 2015 based on the assessed market needs for consultancy services in the pharmaceutical and overall healthcare area. The main focus was to offer services related to commercial aspect of the industry, regulatory and Pharmacovigillance.

1. Commercial: Our focus is on: a. Market analyses, market insights, design of marketing campaigns, implementation of marketing campaigns (segmentation and targeting, identification of target groups, coverage and frequency of visits) b. Training of the sales force related to disease and product knowledge c. We currently have a team of 5 people, 1 Commercial Manager and 5 Sales Force in the field. We cover more than 80% of the target doctors and above 70% of territory. 2. Regulatory: Our focus has been in offering consultancy services through external advisers. HPS has a rich database of experienced experts and uses these connections to offer to its clients advice related to regulatory aspects of the market (from November 2016 we will have in board one Regulatory Officer: a. Granting of Marketing Authorization, renewal of MA, variations and regular communication with the Drug Agency b. Pharmacovigillance advice and services from November 2016. 3. Market Access: We support with advice related to Price Regulation and application. Also we can advice related to Reimbursement List application and analyses related to competitors in the list and market shares.
