Biotropics Malaysia Berhad

Biotropics Malaysia Berhad (Biotropics), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad and was incorporated in February 2007. Khazanah is the strategic investment arm of the Government of Malaysia, whose mission is to manage the commercial assets held by the Government and to undertake strategic investments in new industries and geographies. Khazanah is also tasked with shaping selected strategic industries in Malaysia, nurture their development with the aim of pursuing the nation’s long-term economic interests. Biotropics’ role is to promote the growth of herbal-based products from Malaysia, to suit the needs of different consumers in the global marketplace.
